General technical training center

In September 1964, the center was established for the first time as a department and became part of the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization of the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute. During the difficult period of formation and development of the department, the head of the department Sagnaev K.S., who was able to individualize with his abilities and organization. In addition, teachers S.K. Alyshev, K.G. Chetverkina worked.

In 1965 I.A. Grebenyuk and Y.B. Ermakov and in 1969 the candidate of technical sciences V.A. Isaev was employed at the department. V.A. With the arrival of Isaev, the quality of educational work has improved, and the material and technical base of the department has been significantly strengthened. Laboratories of theoretical mechanics, resistance materials of machine parts, drawing geometry and drawing rooms were opened. “Mechanization of agricultural production” was carried out in one specialty.

The disciplines “Descriptive Geometry and Drawing”, “Theoretical Mechanics”, “Resistance of Materials”, “Theory of Machines and Mechanisms”, “Machine Parts” and “Lifting and Transporting Machines” were taught at the department.

Since 1970, the department began to replenish its graduates. The department was headed by O.S. Dikov, A.G. Makhorin, A.S. Ten, D.V. Sakara, M.A. Utegenov, BN Nuralin, RR Dzhaparov, VA Grozdov, V. S.Kukhta, S.M. Akhmetov, EMDzhanaliev, Zh.K.Kubasheva, AABakushev, AMKhamsin, M.K. Dusenov, A.A. Kashbaev, M.S. Galiev, B.D. Sarbalina were hired. Most of them later graduated from universities in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation and successfully defended their PhD dissertations.

In connection with the opening of new specialties at the faculty since 1995, the department approved the disciplines of additional mechanics, applied mechanics, basics of machine parts and assembly, engineering mechanics, computer graphics, engineering graphics. The staff of the department is replenished, A.Zh. Nuralin, A.E. Sagirov, K.A. Baidaliev, A.A. Abilman, A.U. Tumanov, A.K. Kuldybaev, D.Zh. Increased with new teachers like Gumarov.

In 2008, a new specialty 5B012000 – “Vocational Training” was opened at the faculty and approved by the department. The department has “Introduction to the pedagogical profession”, “Locksmithing”, “Methods of vocational training”, “New learning technologies in the system of vocational training”, “Organization of professional training of students” and “Fundamentals of research in professional pedagogy” and others. New subjects were taught.

In the 2015-2016 academic year the department approved the second specialty – 5B010400 – “Initial military training”, the list of disciplines taught at the department: “Military History”, “Fundamentals of Military Patriotic Education”, “New Learning Technologies”, “General Military Charter of the Armed Forces” .b. supplemented with disciplines.

In different years, associate professor K.S. Sagnaev (1964-1970, 1978-1985), V.A. Isaev (1970-1978), DV Sakara (1985-1993, 1998-2000), B.N. Nuralin (1986-1988), R.R. Japarov (1993-1998, 2000-2002, 2004-2012), E.M. Dzhanaliev (2002-2004, 2012-2017), Zh.K. Kubasheva (2017 – 2018), M.K. Dusenov (2018 – 2020), from March 2, 2020 E.M. Dzhanaliev heads the department.

In June 2020, the High School “Vocational Education” was divided into the High School “Vocational and Art and Technological Education” and the Center “General Technical Training” due to industrial needs. The center is staffed by teachers of physics and mathematics, and currently has a staff of 18 faculty members. Acting Director, Associate Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences E.M. Dzhanaliev. The center has 27 subjects, 13 classrooms, including “Resistance of materials”, “Physics” and others approved by laboratory rooms on disciplines.
