The youthperceives the history confirmed with real things, time from oral heritage transfers has fallen into oblivion. It has been expected also by Zhangir khan. Appreciating knowledge of sources of the people, its history, he has opened the Armory Museum in HanskayaStavka (1828). The weapon « Bes karu», descended as the relic of a family, generation, was real household attribute and was simultaneously the certificate of military valour and honor of the nomad: to be disarmed it was equivalent to a shame and disgrace. It is possible to present how hard it was for Zhangir khan to collect so rich full collection having not passing ethnographic value.
Descriptions of contemporaries of the khan M.Kittar, K.Gebel, A.V.Tereshchenko show that, the collection was systematized. On the basis of the analysis of the description of exposition we can assert with all confidence that the Armory Museum of Bokeevsky khanate, became the very first museum on space of Eurasia where the historical-ethnographic originality of the Kazakh people has been vividly presented. Coverage of time frameworks of the concrete historical events, participants of which were ancestors of Zhangir khan were and printing and hand-written data on Kazakhsis wide enough, in particular “shezhyre” – genealogy of Kazakh generations went back to Adam and Eve’s times. Thus, at all levels the museum formed scientific historical consciousness on the basis of a certain circle of historical knowledge. A museum on original things powerfully called to knowledge of the history, truthfully reflected a role and place of Kazakh people in the history of Russia and Kazakhstan. Feeling of continuity of generations and participation in affairs of the future generations spiritualized associates and pupils of Zhangir khan. The museum with honor carried out the main mission - bringing up high patriotic feelings at youth.Patriotism of Zhangir khan in relation to a native history and its aspiration to progress deserves worship. Not his wines that followers have not kept a museum, "Armory Museum" collections have not disappeared completely, they wait for the persevering researcher.To operate, to find, keep and inform to descendants as much as possible the truthful information about history of Kazakhstan. Such possibility is presented all of us, and to realize it wholly our general noble problem.
The idea of the rector, professor K.K.Bozymov on creation of a museum of history of university was realized on October, 11th, 2003. In 2008 the display area at the expense of input of new two halls has extended to 327 sq.m.
Main objective and problem of the scientific concept of a new exposition of a museum of Zhangir khan became:
- Creation deeply worked in the methodical and scientific plan, the detail-documentary image of khan Zhangir as statesman, reformer and educator of XIX-th century.
- Truthful disclosing of centuries-old culture, life and tradition of Kazakh people through state language propagation –“Ana tyli”– language of Foremother.
- Formation and support of image of the university, for maintenance of attraction of the investment, stuffs and entrants, through the reference to significant stages of 45-year-old history of Zhangir khan West Kazakhstan agrarian-technical university and support of bases of information policy and programs of development of the university.
In the hall of Zhangir khan on the original documents have been found in 2004-2008, in archives and libraries of cities of Kazan, Orenburg, Saratov, St.-Petersburg and Moscow its intense and fruitful activity were shown. The polyglot, politician and diplomat, patron of art and devotee of the science, all its thoughts were about well-being and prosperity of Kazakh people. The educated mind, broad outlook and unbending will allowed it to conduct extensive business and scientific correspondence with famous figures and scientists of Russia and Europe.
Zhangir khan before all having realised consequences of crisis of nomadic cultureand tendencies of development world civilisations undertakes drastic measures and cardinal reforms in internal policy of Bukeevsky khanate. In 1827 he finished building of HanskayaStavka and gave the example to hose holding. The urbanization and society professional education, development of commodity-money relations these and other not ordinary steps have allowed it to achieve as a whole political calmness and maintenance of high standard of living of subject people. Graduates of its school became outstanding figures of edge and Kazakhstan, active workers of movement of Alash and autonomy of Alash Horde, deputies of the State Duma of Russia, educators and scientists, Heroes of peace and military work.For the first time have entered into a lexicon of Kazakhs a word «Kazakhstan» having published the newspaper with the same name, school of Zhangir khan (1841) has given splash to rapid growth of HanskayaStavka. Capital in sand has turned to a large, trading, industrial, school and multinational administrative centre. Ever since, the school became town forming and uniting beginning and on open spaces of Kazakhstan.
Its works had been prepared a catechism of Kazakh common law. Transfer of Short jurisprudence of Sheriyat - «by Muhteserul-vigkaet» - on Russian and shagatai language – language of science of Turkic people is carried out. Theadvocate of all new, it could keep anethnicoriginality and mentality of Kazakh people on the basis of education and moral education. Has undertaken all from it depending that Kazakhs, having kept traditions and culture, have entered into other civilization and could adapt in the new living conditions dictated by the next coil of globalization.
«… If also sciences bring so great advantage our grandsons and well to live without them it will be impossible. Any diligence, any monetary expenses will bring in hundred times more benefit if they are used on youth training» - the will of Zhangir khan became for solid collective of high school a guiding star. By indefatigable work of the faculty of the leader of agrarian and technical higher education of the republic for 45-years has been prepared 30 thousand experts. Many scientists and graduates became pride of high school, having brought the notable contribution to economy of Kazakhstan. To keep and inform to new generations of students bright pages of activity of the senior generation the primary goal of historical-ethnographic museum nameв after Zhangir khan - branch of historical-museum of WKO.
The hall of ethnography on the basis of original ethnographic exhibits opens the unique world of material and spiritual culture of nomadic people; call to knowledge of philosophical outlook of ethnos here sounds a millennium.
In a hall core “киіз үй” - the felt house, against a picturesque cloth « Aul is preparing to toi». Ayurta– “Otau” for a newly-married couple, given brides, subjects of life also it is national-applied art Kazakhs organically supplement an exposition. The yurta – the roundish form the felt house, for Kazakhs it is space in a miniature. Idea of the moral, physical, social and sacral superiority of the nomad over representatives of other civilizations, undoubtedly, has left traces on outlook of Kazakh, considering that moving – the best way of ability to live.
In life of the Kazakh Music personifies link of times and generation, and not passing uniting beginning between the past, the presentand the people future. We are proud of that lived in the West Kazakhstan and founders of various schools composer and masteriescreated: Kurmangazy, Makhambet, Dauletkerei, Seitek, Мukhit, Dina. In their hands dombra is devoted friend of the Kazakh, the storyteller of its inner world and the spokesman century expectation of the people.
Addressing to sources of Kazakh people, we call students for progress and creation, to well-being and strengthening of the sovereignty of Republic of Kazakhstan bringing up youthin the spirit of respect for the senior generation and family traditions.
And well-being and free development of Kazakhstan people, historical formed people of Kazakhstan is impossible without qualitative growth of erudition, professionalism and persistent work of all Kazakhstan people. To be ready to globalisation calls, keeping mentality, culture and language of the people of Kazakhstan a problem not only the future but also of today.
